Taiwan Semiconductor introduces its new 150V & 200V Trench Schottky Rectifiers in TO-277A (SMPC4.6U), featuring low forward voltage down to 0.78V and forward current ratings from 3A to 15A with AEC-Q101 qualified.
These rectifiers are ideal for high-efficiency applications like SMPS output rectification, boost PFC circuits, freewheeling diodes in automotive and telecom systems, and polarity protection. These rectifiers ensure superior performance with low forward voltage and high current capabilities, enabling compact, reliable, and energy-efficient designs for demanding customer applications.
